Accepting an Offer

Congratulations on receiving an offer in the course of your choice at Swinburne University of Technology.

Step 7 Download and Complete the Offer Acceptance Form In order to download the form to accept your offer, you will need to have read the above information and ticked the check box for each section. Applicant Declaration I have read all the above information and am now ready to download and complete the form to accept my offer. Offer Acceptance Form Download and complete this form to formally accept your offer. If you are a sponsored student, please refer to Step 8 (for sponsored students only)

Step 8 - Sponsored Students

A sponsored student is someone who will receive financial assistance from a government, organisation or company (not private individuals or relatives) to undertake studies at Swinburne University of Technology.

  If you are a sponsored student, you must download and complete this form, which is an editable PDF. Using Acrobat Reader, you can type your information directly onto the form. Use the Tab key to move between fields and the mouse to select the boxes.

Swinburne International does not provide financial aid or refer students to potential sponsors. If you are unsure whether you qualify as a sponsored student please email sponsoredstudents@swinburne.edu.au.
