Accommodation Help Desk

The Accommodation Help Desk can assist you with any questions you have when it comes to finding accommodation:

  • What are my housing options?
  • What are the important things I need to know about lease agreements, bond, and condition reports?
  • How do I search for accommodation and where should I look to live?
  • How do I use the Swinburne Student Housing Database?
  • Tips on inspecting property, lodging an application, signing the lease agreement, filling in the condition report and the bond lodgement form etc.

Accommodation help desk sessions will be held at the Hawthorn campus on the following dates during the Semester 1 2012 Orientation period:
