Pre-Departure Checklist
There are a number of important tasks you will need to complete before you leave for Swinburne.
To make sure that you don’t forget anything, we have prepared this pre-departure checklist.
Please ensure you:
| 1 | Check your Offer Letter to confirm details of your course and commencement. |
| 2 | Confirm accommodation booking. |
| 3 |
Confirm your travel arrangements with your travel agency/airline. |
| 4 | Complete and return the above form, including your Temporary Accommodation preferences (if you wish to use this service) or your confirmed accommodation address. |
| 5 | Ensure you are fully aware of your airport reception arrangements and who to contact if you get lost or miss your flight. |
| 6 | Amend the Online Arrival Booking Form or notify Swinburne International of any changes to your arrival details or accommodation details since you initial booking. |
