What should I bring?

•  Your passport
•  A photocopy of the photo page and the visa page of your passport and/or e-visa
•  Letter of Offer from Swinburne
•  If you are seeking exemptions please provide original or certified copies of transcripts from your previous course/s and a copy of your previous syllabus.
•  Any other documentation to satisfy conditions on your Letter of Offer for example, IELTS Test score sheet.

What if I can't arrive at that time?

It is essential that you arrive on time for the first day of Orientation, as classes commence Monday 14 July 2008. If for any reason you are unable to arrive on time, you will need to come to Swinburne as soon as possible and attend a compulsory Swinburne International Information Session. You must attend one of these sessions before you enrol.

These sessions cover important issues including information on your visa, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), the enrolment process, as well as your rights and responsibilities as an international student.

The dates, times and locations for the Swinburne International sessions are listed below. Please attend the earliest session available to you. You must arrive at the session on time; otherwise you will be required to attend the next available session.
