Orientation & Enrolment Program Information

Orientation will include official events such as information sessions, registration and enrolment in your course. Swinburne offers an official welcome and a Faculty Academic Program.

During week one of class commencement, Swinburne comes alive with a festive atmosphere to welcome all new and returning students to their study. It's a great opportunity to meet other new and current Swinburne students and get to know your campus. Check out the programs below for your campus and level of study.

Mid-year orientation

Orientation for mid-year entry varies depending on your level of study. Please refer the the table below for starting dates.

Late Enrolments

It is strongly recommended that you arrive in time for your orientation and class commencement. Late enrolments will be approved until:

Undergraduate and postgraduate 12 pm, Friday 15 August 2008
Swinburne College 12 pm, Friday 27 June 2008
TAFE 12 pm, Friday 18 July 2008

No further extension will be granted beyond these dates.

Please make sure you bring the following to orientation:

Your passport
A photocopy of the photo page and the visa page of your passport and/or e-visa
Letter of Offer from Swinburne
If you are seeking exemptions please provide original or certified copies of transcripts from your previous course/s and a copy of your previous syllabus.
Any other documentation to satisfy conditions on your Letter of Offer for example, IELTS Test score sheet.
