What are the benefits of the TPS program?
The TPS program will assist you with your transition into AGSE, and equip you with the skills necessary for a successful induction into your course of study.
The program covers many important areas, including working in teams, experiential learning, introduction to library facilities (includes demonstrations of search engine tools), as well as an introduction to the 'Blackboard' online teaching platform and the Swinburne student portal.
You will have the opportunity to meet and develop relationships with staff and fellow students, as well as the chance to contribute to the development of an AGSE Learning Community which will support you in your work.
Do I have to attend the rest of my Orientation program?
The TPS program is provided by the AGSE, and is not part of your Swinburne International Orientation program. You will still need to attend the Hawthorn Higher Education Orientation program for postgraduate students.
We look forward to seeing you there!
