Course structure
* Group 1 – Multimedia Core units of study;
* Group 2 – Multimedia Elective units of study;
* Group 3 – Co-elective units of study; and
* Group 4 – Multimedia Project units of study.
* 100 credit points from Group 1, and
* 25 credit points from Groups 2 and/or 3, and
* 25 credit points from Group 4.

Entry requirements
This course has academic and English language requirements, and prerequisites.
Academic requirements
A recognised tertiary qualification (or approved equivalent). Applicants not holding a tertiary qualification, but with substantial relevant multimedia industry experience may be admitted to the Master of Multimedia course, subject to the approval of the Course Panel. The Course Panel may instead choose to permit enrolment in the Graduate Certificate of Multimedia, as an alternative option.English language requirements
Swinburne College English for Academic Purposes Certificate: EAP 5 Advanced: 70%; OR, obtaining a minimum IELTS overall band of 6.5 (Academic Module) with no individual band below 6.0; OR, a TOEFL (Paper-based) minimum score of 550 (with Test of Written English (TWE) score of 5); OR, a TOEFL (Internet-based) minimum score of 79, with no individual band below 18. Refer to the English Language Requirements website for further information.
