Homestay Hosts

There is demand for homestay accommodation located not more than 45 minutes travel by public transport from the Hawthorn, Prahran and Lilydale campuses. However, the majority of homestay applications come from students at the Hawthorn campus.

Homestay Agreement (example only)
Homestay Registration Form (to be completed and returned to Swinburne International)

Then return the registration form to The Accommodation Officer and a police clearance form to the Victoria Police (one for each adult member of your household).

The Police Clearance form is found on the Victoria Police Website. In section 2 of this form, tick that you require a 'National Name Check'. There is a fee for the police check, please mail your cheque together with the form directly to the Victoria Police.

Once we have received the forms from you we will contact you to arrange a time to meet you and view your accommodation.
