Other communication with the SCO
When communicating by email, you are reminded to email the SCO via your Swinburne student email accounts.
To ensure continued program improvement and quality, the SCO will request that you participate in online surveys from time to time.
Responses are collated by the SCO and used to develop activities or refine processes so they remain up to date and relevant for you, and are aligned with the Australia Awards Scholarships Policy Handbook.
The SCO also strongly encourages you to participate in Australia Awards surveys which are created and analysed by AusAID. In some instances these surveys will be sent directly to you, and at other times via the SCO. If you are unsure of the origin of any email sent via AusAID, you're welcome to forward these onto the SCO for verification.
